Hello everyone!

While Backerkit seems to be working for the majority of those taking the survey, it has become apparent that there is an issue with the system that effects a small number of you. This issue manifests itself as CD and Vinyl packs disappearing when people confirm their orders. If this issue does effect you, please send us a private message and we will work to manually resolve it. This may take a couple days.

Please rest assured that we have worked things out carefully to ensure that everybody will receive their limited rewards and that these rewards are not now being snapped up by other backers.
