3 Days to Go!
over 9 years ago – Sun, Aug 09, 2015 at 02:24:05 AM

The end is in sight! We're tantalisingly close to reaching the crucial figure of £195,000 to see the third and final Classic Thunderbirds episode enter production.

With time running out, and as we're so near to hitting the target, we have decided to unlock our final reward - the script for The Stately Homes Robberies. You can add this to your existing pledges by following our handy graphic:

Finally, we'd like to remind people (again!) of our Thunderclap - it's quick and easy to join. The Thunderclap will allow the TB65 message to be mass-shared via Twitter, Facebook etc, so it rises above the noise of the general chatter on social networks. By boosting the signal at the same time, the Thunderclap will help us reach more people than ever in our final few days. We will send a single message out at midday on 7th August, 48 hours before the end of the campaign. Just click HERE and sign in with your Facebook or Twitter details. It only takes a couple of clicks, and will help us ensure we get to make all three episodes!

"We're running out of runway!"
over 9 years ago – Sun, Aug 09, 2015 at 02:23:49 AM

It's the final weekend! Time is running out! The third episode of Classic Thunderbirds is still NOT funded.

Will we make it in time? Or are we going to hurtle off the end of the runway, into the sky backing cloth, and blow up?

These will almost certainly be the last episodes of Classic Thunderbirds ever made.

Help us get the message out there and join our Thunderclap - which is putting the message out there via social media at 12pm today.

Stretch Goal: Achieved!
over 9 years ago – Sun, Aug 09, 2015 at 02:23:45 AM

We've reached £195,000! Thank you so much everyone!

So, we can just get on with the production now, right? Sadly not. Firstly, just because people have pledged, it doesn't mean that their payments will actually go through. Some Kickstarters can lose several thousands through failed payments. So, in order to ensure the third episode can go ahead, we need to raise as much as we can in these last two days.

£195,000 was the minimum we needed to raise to make these episodes come true. However, we're very much aware that this is a one off opportunity and we'd like to make the best of it we can. Every penny over £195,000 that we make will allow us to make the episodes bigger and better. It will allow us a greater number of resources and will help us to do extra things aside from the production - such as hire a publicist to get Thunderbirds 1965 in the news as much as possible. The principal reason for us doing Thunderbirds 1965 is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the show, and to throw the limelight on the original team who produced so many hours of magic.

We're not going to offer another stretch goal - but we do hope that the extra money will not only help us make the episodes, but let us provide some extras to document this historic celebration.

Thank you everyone!

FAB!
